Hello everyone! Christmas and New Year’s seems to be long gone and most of us are back at work and kids are anticipating a start to the school year; but let’s not lose our energy yet!! 2018 has only just begun and there’s no time like now to kick-start our plans to make our lives better.

- Australia Day January 26th -the clinic will be closed on Friday 26th but open as usual on Saturday 27th January
- It’s sadly time to say goodbye to Redinka, who has graced us with her smiles and energy for the last 2 years. We wish her well as she moves on to furthering her career in environmental science!
- Dr Justin and Kim are back from their holiday! They had a very relaxing time in Vietnam, and enjoyed plenty of the local cuisine!!
Congratulations to our Christmas Coloring winners! Jade picked up the kid’s prize with a $30 Rebel Sport voucher and Hiroko won the adults’s prize of a Therapeutic Pillow RRP $90. Thank you to everyone who entered, it was lovely to have the clinic filled with color for the month!
It’s that time of the year again and as you start your back to school preparations, we would like to encourage you to be mindful of your child’s spinal heath this new school year.
The back to school period is a great time to check the fitting of your child’s backpack and by making a few simple changes, can prevent poor posture and long-term spinal health issues.
Some of the signs of poor posture to look out for from an incorrectly worn backpack can include: forward head posture, slouching and uneven hips. Identifying and stopping these signs early on is important as the spine is still developing during the adolescent years.
